What is it?
Baby massage is delivered by a qualified Family Hub Practitioner. Parents will be taught the soothing strokes of massage safely, in a calm and relaxing environment. You will receive a bottle of oil, detailed handouts and a certificate on completion.
What will I get out of the sessions?
Baby massage will help bonding and attachment with your baby and build your confidence in reading babies’ cues. Massage can benefit babies with relief from colic and teething symptoms. It allows you to confidently nurture and care for your baby as well as teaching you safe massage techniques to help relax you & your baby.
Who is it for?
Baby massage is for babies 0 to 6 months.
How many sessions are there?
Baby massage runs in a 4 week block, each session lasts one hour and will be held on a Monday (23rd Feb, 2nd, 9th & 16th March).

How will the sessions help my child to become nursery/school ready?
Personal, Social & emotional development:
Build a warm attachment with your baby through the use of touch, the calming strokes will help your babies emotional wellbeing by allowing them to feel close to you and relaxed
Physical development:
Massage helps to promote sleep, improve skin and muscle tone and help with infant colic and constipation.
Communication & Language:
Throughout massage you and baby will communicate through songs, smiles and facial expressions.
