Hi!
I'm Cath and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. I live in the Thelwall area of Warrington and have been a Childminder since 2004. Before that I worked in nurseries where I was Room Manager in both baby and toddler rooms.
I thoroughly enjoy my job working in childcare and as a childminder.
I offer a small setting, taking on only a few families at a time, and I pride myself on this as I know I can spend time with the children and form close relationships. Creating a home-from-home environment is so important to me.
I have lots of toys, games and craft activities, both inside and out. We spend lots of time outdoors, going on walks and adventures. We attend groups and visit parks, regularly meeting up with other childminders and their children. I also have memberships to different places, giving us lots of opportunities to explore.
Our days are flexible while still following good routines, and we enjoy plenty of days out. I like the children to feel welcome and part of the family whilst in my care. I offer a bright and airy dedicated playroom, with crafts available during the day, alongside plenty of books, toys and activities. Children grow, learn, develop and have lots of fun in my setting.
I am honoured to have fantastic references from both past and present parents, and I engage in lots of courses to keep my knowledge updated and continue building my CPD.
I have a happy and loving disposition and enjoy life. I am reliable, trustworthy and honest and pride myself on being someone you can feel safe to depend on.
I am fully insured with Morton michel to care for children in my own home.
15 and 30 hour funding towards childcare fees is available for 9mths, 2,3+4yr
