Dementia and delirium nurse specialists from Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust run a dementia and delirium support drop-in session.
During the session nurses provide practical advice, emotional support, and signposting to trusted information and other local services for people living with dementia and their carers.
Please note, this may include 'safe signposting', where a nurse directs a person to the most appropriate level of care at that time. This may sometimes include advice to contact emergency services.
