Description

A daytime walking football session for anyone over 60. 

The session is aimed at people who want to get active and improve thier physical and mental wellbeing. Played in an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere by players of all abilities. 

The game is a slower version of football with specific rules of walking only and no physical contact.
