During the course, you will learn how to cover a cake in fondant icing, add fondant icing on to wires, learn blending techniques, make 3D figures and attach them to a cake as well as using different cake tools and accessories to create a winter and valentine themed cake.
Enrolment with the college is essential prior to the course starting.
This course will introduce you being able to make your own winter and valentine themed cakes using fondant decorations that you make in class each week.
The January/February course is winter/valentine themed.
You will start by making toppers and progress onto how to cover a cake and add your fondant decorations.
