Once your subscription is set up and your free trial ends, you’ll receive an invoice or receipt from Stripe by email. This email includes a link to manage your subscription — allowing you to change your plan or cancel at any time.
You can also email support@madeopen.co.uk with your name and the email linked to your account. Our team will be happy to assist.

Your benefits begin immediately. As soon as you subscribe, you can start updating your business profile and submitting your services.
To maintain high standards, all profiles and listings are reviewed and approved by our team before they go live. We also check that your business aligns with our community-first values.
We aim to complete all checks within 3–5 working days. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial, so your profile and listings will be approved well before your first payment is taken.
