Blood pressure - do you know yours?

High blood pressure can raise the risk of health problems such as heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease.

Small changes like eating a healthier diet, cutting down on salt, being more active, or taking medication if needed can all help bring your blood pressure down to a safer level.

High blood pressure often has no noticeable symptoms, which means many people don’t realise they have it. Around 1 in 3 adults in Warrington are estimated to be living with high blood pressure without knowing it.
