A non-profit organisation working to enhance the lives of d/Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deafened and Deafblind people.

Warrington Deaf Centre is the home to Warrington & District Society for Deaf People and Warrington Deaf Hub.

Warrington & District Society for Deaf People is a non-profit organisation with the main aim of supporting the D/deaf community of Warrington and its surrounding areas to reduce loneliness and isolation. The activities that Warrington & District Society for Deaf People provide include 1 to 1 support, wellbeing sessions and training opportunities.

Warrington Deaf Hub runs a social club and provides a range of activities. For example, Warrington Deaf Hub is home to two snooker teams, a darts team as well as having the facilities for pool and table tennis. They also host a range of events from Deaf Cafes, Comedy Nights, Fundraisers and Grand Bingo events.

Within Warrinton Deaf Centre we also offer other services such as a drop in with Sarah, from Warrington Borough Council who is a Specialist Community Care Worker for D/deaf people. Sarah can support with arranging adaptive equipment for the home as well as supporting with communication and sign posting to other organisations for different types of support.
