Ian's Bingo Time
Come along and try your hand at bingo with other adults with additional needs.
- 2nd Thursday of the month.
- 10:30am- noon.
- Inside our Secret Classroom below Golden Square mall in the town centre.
(Email for exact location if needed)
This session focusses on supporting adults with additional needs. It’s an inclusive, fully accessible, and safe space- all will receive a warm welcome. Wheelchair users welcome.
Our much-loved Bingo caller is a retired entertainment officer, with learning disabilities. We faciliate and empower him to host the session. He knows all the bingo lingo and enjoys cracking jokes to get everyone laughing and at ease!
You will find us in the Blue zone car park lobby of the mall (near the Golden square WCs). We are in a large private room located behind the blue door to the right off the escalators. Accessible on foot directly from the car park, or via lifts/escalator from the main level of the shopping centre.
Prizes are available to win for getting a line, and full house... from toiletries, to chocolate.
We ask for a minimum session donation of £3 pp for this activity session to help us keep it sustainable. We play a minimum of 2 full games per session, including a break in the middle to chat and get to know eachother.
Don't worry if you're a first time player - we'll teach you the basics.
Just come along - no need to book.
Please note the secret room is kept locked on a day-to-day basis, and doors will only open a maximum of 10 minutes prior to session start time.
Refreshments available to purchase for an additional +£1pp.
